Day 01: Arrival at Cochin Airport & Stay @ Cochin

On arrival at Cochin airport/Railway station . Cochin known as Kochi, is one of India’s largest ports where the misty silhouettes of huge merchant ships can be seen anchored off the point of Fort Cochin waiting for a berth in the docks of Ernakulum or Willington Island. With its wealth of historical associations – since the times it was visited by the Portuguese, the Dutch and British, this city is a magical blend.

Here you can see the oldest church in India, a 500 years Old Portuguese house, the cantilevered Chinese fishing nets, a Jewish synagogue and the palace built by the Portuguese.Sightseeing places in Cochin, “The Dutch Palace (closed on Fridays)” also known as Mattancherry Palace, built by Portuguese in 1555, which is famous for its murals depicting scenes from the Ramayana and the puranic legends. Adjacent to the palace is the Jewish Synagogue (closed on Fridays & Saturdays) built in 1568. Also visit the St. Francis Church (closed on Sundays), established by the Portuguese Franciscan friars in 1503.

Vasco Da Gama was buried in the courtyard of this European church built in India. Other attractions include the traditional fishing hamlets and the fisher folk in their colorful costumes. The tour also includes a visit to the seaside where one can still see the, nearly a century old Chinese fishing nets, which, are still in use. Overnight stay at Cochin.


Day 02: Cochin to Munnar

After breakfast checkout from the hotel and transfer to Munnar check into hotel at Munnarand after fresh up half day Munnar sightseeing visit Tea Museum and shopping. Munnar is a hill station, which was once the summer resort of the erstwhile British Government in South India. Munnar is situated at the confluence of three mountain streams Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundala. Enjoy overnight stay at hotel.


Day 03: Munnar

After breakfast, we proceed on a daylong sightseeing tour of Munnar. VisitEravikulam National Park - home to the endangered mountain goat species, the NilgiriTahr. Take snaps of the frolicsome and rather friendly goats. Eco Point, Mattupetty Dam, Kundala Dam, Flower Garden etc. Overnight stay at hotel.


Day 04: Munnar to Thekkady

After breakfast and proceed to Periyar. On arrival check-in at hotel Afternoon game viewing in the park Cruise on the Periyar Lake to view the wildlife, which, often converges on the banks of this lake as it is the only water source in the region. The wildlife includes wild Elephants, Indian Gaur, and Monkeys, spotted Deer, Barking Deer, Wild Boar and birds of myriad varieties. Encompassing an area of 777 sqkms, the wildlife sanctuary lies at an elevation of between 914 meters and 1828 meters above sea level on the Periyar Lake in the hills of Western Ghats. Overnight stay at hotel.


Day 05: Thekkady (Periyar) to Alleppey

After breakfast checkout from hotel and Proceed to Alleppey, upon arrival check in a House Boat and cruise in Vembanad Lake. You will enjoy the most beautiful days in your life in a moving platform. The Vembanad lake is undoubtedly a unique spot in the earth that take you into a different experience of village life, story of common people, plight of fisherman, school children, women, paddy fields which are below sea level, plight of drinking water(even though water is everywhere), ducks, fishing, cuisine.
In the night, houseboat will be at shore in a tranquil place in Vembanad Lake, see the Moon, stars, reflections, noises. Dreams come true!
In A/C House Boat, A/C will be switched on inside the bed room from 9pm to 6 am.


Day 06: Alleppey to Kovalam

After Breakfast checkout from the houseboat& drive to Kovalam Check-in to hotel at Kovalam. Enjoy rest of the day at leisure on the beach at Kovalam. Explore the scene of Arabian waves embracing virgin sands in Kerala -Gods own country. You can unwind yourself with an invigorating Ayurvedic massage. It will definitely make your vacation a memorable one. Overnight stay arrangement will be at the hotel in Kovalam.


Day 07: Kovalam to Trivandrum – Kovalam

After breakfast, proceed for Trivandrum sightseeing. Take pleasure of seeing the Napier Museum, Kuthiramalika Museum, Sri Padmanabha Temple. At evening, relax at on the beach. Stay overnight at the hotel in Kovalam.


Day 08: Kovalam to Trivandrum

After breakfast checkout from the hotel & drop at Trivandrum airport/ Railway station.
